Vanessa Feltz has admitted having the urge to breastfeed her grandson.
The 56-year-old, who is due to become a grandmother for the third time, made the controversial comment after the birth of little Zekey in 2014.
When she saw the newborn for the first time she said she thought she may have a "prickly feeling" in her boobs.
Vanessa told OK! Magazine : "It was a joke but sort of serious!
"I thought that when I saw the baby, it would feel like the prickly feeling you get in your boobs when you breastfeed.
"But I don’t think that happens with grandmas, so it was metaphorical."
Meanwhile Vanessa said she is on a "pneumatic cushion of ecstasy" following the news of daughter Saskia’s pregnancy.
It will be the first child for Saskia, 29, and husband Marc Joss, who are expecting a baby boy in April.
Vanessa is already a grandmother to daughter Allegra Benitah’s two children Zekey, four, and Neroli, two.
The "besotted" gran says the youngsters are the "light of her life" and she would rather talk about them on her radio show than Brexit.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star also revealed she "can’t afford" to wed singer-songwriter Ben Ofoedu, who she has been engaged to since 2006.
She added: "I spent all the money on a gastic band."
In October, Vanessa opened up about the procedure and said it made her feel like she was physically ‘drowning’.
In an interview on This Morning she said she was faced with the decision to get it removed eight years after going under the knife.
Vanessa only sought medical advice after having eight episodes of the ‘drowning’ sensation which occurred while she was asleep.
She told Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby that she has been unable to fully swallow food or even get a good night’s sleep.
She explained: "It’s started acting up something chronic. I wasn’t even sure it had anything to do with the band.
"I was fast asleep and woke up…bam…and felt like i was drowning, my whole mouth, nose, ears, eyes seemed to be full of liquid."
Vanessa revealed she got the gastric band eight years ago after the heartbreak of her husband leaving her.
On getting the gastric band, Vanessa said: "I had it done and I thought that will be it. I thought never again will I be on a television sofa ever discussing my weight again.
"I thought I would just be a beautiful size 12 living happily ever after and it’d be a non-thing. That’s what I was hoping."
However, disaster struck when the band shifted and she will now have to consider going under the knife again.
She said: "I don’t want to have it taken out. I’m scared I’ll suddenly eat and entire camel and a heard of elephants.
"It’s been restricting me for eight years. I can walk into any shop and buy a dress that fits. Plus I don’t want an operation for something I don’t want.
"But the alternative sounds extreme. A bypass feels like a big deal."
Meanwhile, Vanessa insisted she will never go on I’m a Celebrity Get me Out of Here – despite being asked every year.
"I’d absolutely hate it," she said.
