If there’s one thing fans of the TV show Friends really want, it’s some sort of reboot or reunion.
And with the sitcom about six pals living in New York still proving to be a hit (Netflix just payed £78million to keep the rights to it), it’s not really any wonder why they want more.
But while we may not be getting a reboot any time soon, two of the stars of the show did just give us a brilliant Christmas present in the form of a mini reunion.
Courteney Cox and Tom Selleck, who played Monica and Richard, had an impromptu reunion in New York and it was caught on camera.
Twitter user Claudia Oshry shared a video with her followers of the pair bumping into each other at a bar.
In the video, the pair can be seen sharing a hug before Courteney strokes Tom’s arm and they have a chat.
Claudia captioned her post: "Spotted in NY: Dr. Richard Burke and Monica Geller saying hi to one another. Shook. What will Chandler say?"
The tweet quickly went viral, with thousands of people liking it.
Friends fans were overjoyed by the footage and quickly shared some hilarious respsonses.
One person wrote: "Could I BE any more excited???"
Another commented: "Totally ready for a reunion show now. Best thing ever caught on vid. Loved Richard and Monica."
A third added: "The one where Monica and Richard are NOT just friends?"
Someone else got a little emotional about the whole thing: "I wish Monica and Richard would of gotten married instead. Richard was more mature for her as a man. Monica starting acting immature when she was with Chandler. Monica deserved better and that was not Chandler."
Others shared gifs of Chandler crying and looking ready to start a fight.
