Robert Blake’s divorce documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com show that he doesn’t want to pay his wife spousal support, and in a nasty twist, may go after her retirement money in the bitter split from Pamela Hudak.
Blake, who was accused of killing his second wife Bonnie Bakley after she was gunned down in 2001, filed the documents in the Los Angeles Superior Court, asking a judge to “Terminate the court’s ability to award support to respondent.”
According to the documents obtained by Radar, the Baretta star listed their separate property as “all accounts and property of the petitioner.”

He listed their community and quasi-community assets and debts to include “Retirement benefits and income earned by Respondent during marriage.”
The couple tied the knot in a secret ceremony on April 2, 2017 and Blake listed their separation date as December 6, 2018, one day before he filed the papers.

Blake was 68 when 44-year-old Bakley was gunned down on May 4, 2001, as she sat in their car outside a Studio City, Calif. restaurant. He was tried for her murder and acquitted in 2005. Blake was later found liable for her death in a civil suit and ordered to pay $15 million to her kids, forcing him to file for bankruptcy.
Hudak’s ex-boyfriend warned her about the marriage, telling Radar in an exclusive interview that he was surprised she was marrying Blake.

“She’s a very smart person so if anything is going on, or [if there are] any issues, she’ll know to get out before it’s too late,” said Richard Hendershot, who broke up with the future Mrs. Blake in February 2016.
“Hopefully she’s making the right decision.”
“Robert and Pamela have been on and off for a long time. But his name never came up during our relationship,” said Hendershot.
“She saw him a couple times when we were together. But it wasn’t romantic, at least I didn’t think it was.”
Hendershot told Radar he was surprised his girlfriend reconciled with Blake.
