‘RHOC’ Alum Jim Bellino Drags Tamra Judge’s Estranged Daughter Into Nasty Lawsuit

Just days before Tamra Judge shared she’s still sadly estranged from her daughter Sidney Barney her former The Real Housewives of Orange County costar and nemesis Jim Bellino has dragged the teen into their nasty lawsuit, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

In new court documents obtained by Radar, Bellino brought up the strained mother/daughter relationship in his argument that the 50-year-old Bravo star has been “pursuing for years a personal agenda to prolong her reality show career and notoriety at any cost, and at the expense of others.”

Judge’s own daughter has lamented that Judge ‘puts herself, her fame, her reputation and her bank account before me,’ and the ‘the character keeps her relevant, and is her storyline,’” he wrote in the November 21 papers as part of his defamation lawsuit against Judge and fellow RHOC star Shannon Beador.

Barney, 19, said those harsh words in an August 2017 Facebook post when Judge talked about her on RHOC cameras, which the college student insisted she told her not to do.

Judge said the estrangement was a tragic consequence of her nasty divorce from her daughter’s father, Simon.  “I love my daughter and I would NEVER abuse, hurt or neglect her in any way,” she insisted.

Bellino’s words are sure to sting Judge, who was near tears when she talked about her attempts to mend her relationship with her daughter on RHOC’s latest episode.

As Radar previously reported, Bellino sued Judge and Beador in July, after they claimed he was a “shady mother***er” on comic Heather McDonald’s podcast.

Bellino is now fighting Judge’s motion to strike the complaint.

Both sides are expected to appear in O.C. court later this week.
