Rebel Wilson is ready to welcome the new year – and to make the most of the sunny afternoon the actress, who has lost over 40lbs in the past 12 months, took to her garden for a spot of ‘sunbaking’. The actress shared her first selfie of 2021 on Sunday afternoon and fans were delighted to see her back on social.
Despite living in LA, it seems the temps were a bit cool for Rebel to take off too many clothes though! The Pitch Perfect actress donned a stylish sun hat with a woolly sweat top to lay out on her pool-side seats and catch some sun, winter style!

In the background of her photos a fire pit could be seen, smoking out the neighboring gardens! And the edge of a swimming pool which looked absolutely divine.

It’s been a busy year for Rebel, who has been thrilling fans with constant photos of her local and more distant adventures. Just before Christmas, she took off to the ski slopes with a group of pals including her boyfriend, Jacob Busch, and her younger sister Annachi. The gang stayed in Aspen and shared fabulous photos of themselves in super-cool ski gear.
The vacation is just one of many Rebel has taken recently as she also flew to a wellness retreat in Austria and had some festive fun in New York too.
Rebel had also lit a fire pit to keep warm
During her time in the Big Apple, Rebel recorded an hour-long Instagram during which she opened about the secrets to her weight loss success and she said that included about an hour of walking regularly in her daily routine.

Despite the dawn of 2021 marking the end of her now famous “year of health,” Rebel has insisted that she continues to strive to make her health her priority. The star just hit her target weight of 165 lbs., which she achieved a month earlier than planned as a result of her dedication to good eating and general healthy habits.
She’s back on TV screens in the US on Sunday night, appearing on Who Wants to be a Millionaire alongside Jimmy Kimmel and other celebs, raising money for The School of St Jude in Tanzania.
