Kate Middleton has received her first dose of the coronavirus vaccine, days after husband Prince William.

The 39 year old took to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's shared Instagram account to share that she had been given her first jab at London's Science Museum, the same place as her 38 year old husband.

Wearing a sleeveless off-white top and pair of denim jeans, the beautiful brunette posed with the needle in her arm as it was carefully administered by a volunteer.

She wrote to the couple's 12.8million followers on Saturday: "Yesterday I received my first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at London’s Science Museum.

"I'm hugely grateful to everyone who is playing a part in the rollout – thank you for everything you are doing."
