Kaitlynn Carter's BFF, Becca Tilley, Just Weighed in on Miley Cyrus' Dating Life and Didn't Hold Anything Back

It seems as though fans aren’t the only ones who have things to say about Miley Cyrus’ dating life.

Former Bachelor alum, Becca Tilley, just shared her thoughts on the singer’s newfound relationship with Cody Simpson and wasn’t afraid to give her honest opinions.

While many of us weren’t expecting Tilley to share her thoughts on this topic, there is a reason why she feels so strongly about Cyrus’ most recent behavior.

Tilley isn’t a fan of Cyrus being so public with her newfound relationship

Although many celebrities have been supportive of Miley Cyrus living her best life and dating whoever she pleases, others have a huge problem with her dating habits.

Becca Tilley, who was a contestant on the Chris Soules’ season of The Bachelor, just sounded off on the singer’s busy dating life, claiming Cyrus is being disrespectful with her public affairs.

During a recent episode of her podcast Scrubbing In, Tilley implied that Cyrus should be a little bit more discreet with her new relationships out of respect for her past partners.

The main one being Kaitlynn Carter, who Tilley happens to be close pals with.

“Yeah, I don’t know. I’m friends with Kaitlynn, so,” The Bachelor alum told her co-host, Tanya Rad. “I think when you’re in a relationship or, like, seen with anyone, like, out of respect to that person, it’s maybe, like….”

While Tilley sympathizes with the “Slide Away” singer for her lack of privacy and the constant backlash she’s recently faced on social media, the reality star thinks that Cyrus should have reassessed her decision to date publicly.

“Obviously, Miley shouldn’t have to date in her home,” Tilley added. “But it’s like, you know there’s photos everywhere, you know?”

The reality star then went on to suggest that Cyrus’ dating life continues to throw fans in a loop.

“People are like, ‘Wait, I thought you were just with so-and-so?’ I think the thing with someone of that nature is people get so invested in her life and who she’s dating,” Tilley said. “And then they get committed, they are, like, rooting for her with that person. And she’s with someone new and it’s like, ‘Wait, wait, wait!’ …I think it’s more of like confusion, like, ‘Wait, we just saw you. You were in a relationship with someone else.’ The way I saw all this stuff was, like, a little confused.”

Cyrus’ love life has been on full display these last two months

Many of us can agree with Tilley that the singer’s dating life has been all over the place these past few months.

Shortly after ending her 8-month marriage with Liam Hemsworth, Cyrus began dating Carter, who she was friends with before getting romantically involved.

Cyrus and Carter’s relationship seemed as though it was going well and sources even confirmed that the pair had moved in together.

Their fling lasted for about a month before Cyrus ended their relationship due to things moving too fast for her likely.

A few short days after her split from Carter made headlines, the hitmaker was spotted packing on the PDA with Australian singer, Cody Simpson.

Although Cyrus is just enjoying the dating life, many fans have taken to social media to slut-shame her for her constant flings.

The singer recently took to Twitter to ask people not to judge her all while defending her dating life in a lengthy post.

“I know the public feels invested in my past relationship because they felt like they saw it thru from the beginning,” Cyrus wrote. “I think that’s why people have always felt so entitled over my life and how I live it because they’ve watched me grow up…. but I am grown now and make choices as an adult knowing the truth/details/reality. People only ‘know’ what they see on the internet.”

She then added, “I would like to share an activity with someone I am dating and not be stuck at home with pretty much nothing to do but ‘Netflix and chill,’” she added. “I have a great life I wouldn’t trade for ‘privacy’ but PLEASE don’t make this awkward for me! I am trying to make light and like always MAKE FUN of myself / and the public’s perception of me! Get used to me dating — this is where I am at!”
