James Argent has revealed his 14 stone weight loss on a trip in Marbella.
The Only Way Is Essex alum, 34, was spotted soaking up the sun while cliff jumping and hiring a pedalo.
James has lost 14 stone after undergoing a life-saving gastric band surgery last year in 2021 to get his health in order.
Speaking about his weight loss, James told The Sun earlier this year: "The only problem now is I’ve lost a little bit too much weight and I need to put on half a stone.
“Everyone thinks it’s hilarious, we didn’t think we’d ever be in this situation but it’s one thing or another with me – that’s just me!"
In the snaps taken in Marbella, James can be seen going shirtless while sporting a white and blue patterned pair of shorts.
The 34 year old looked great as he showed off his slender figure and enjoyed some time in the water.
James recently appeared on GB News and opened up about meeting a special lady in Mykonos, Greece.
Although he confirmed that he is not in an official relationship, he did say that the two are 'talking.'
He said: “I feel more confident and I feel like I'm ready to potentially meet someone, like there was someone I've met recently who's lovely, but she lives abroad.
“We are in contact and stuff but I'm literally like from now till the very end of August, I don't really have a day off to be honest with you.
“So we're gonna carry on talking and hopefully we might see each other, we'll plan something maybe at the end of the summer, maybe September time, something like that.”
James is a wedding singer and goes by the name of The Arg Band.
Certainly having a passion for performing, the 34 year old also revealed that he wouldn't mind to go on shows like Strictly Come Dancing, where he could showcase his performing skills.
But it's worth noting that fans shouldn't expect Arg's return on TOWIE anytime soon.
He told GB News: "I’m pretty much done. Everything there was to do on TOWIE was covered from every single angle, from family, friends, relationships, make-ups, break-ups.
"No, my TOWIE days are definitely done but I'm still a fan of the show and I often kind of check in see how everyone's getting on."
