Former Geordie Shore star Sophie Kasaei has revealed to us that she's booked in for a breast reduction on 6 April. The stunning reality star opened up about her reasons for making the decision during an exclusive chat with OK! at the at the launch event for Social Ikon.
Chloe Ferry recently had her lip filler dissolved and she's the latest in a long line of celebs opting for a more natural look.
When we quizzed the 32 year old on what she thought about the shift, she said: "Things change. Fashion changes. Back in the day we were all getting Posh Spice tits, remember? The faker, the better. But I think times are changing now. Less is more."
Sophie – who has been under the knife before to undergo a breast uplift procedure – explained that she "suffers with back pain" and is "in agony" due to the size of her breasts.
"I'm getting a breast reduction and going smaller. I've always had big breasts. I was a D cup, but as I've gained weight I've gone bigger. I don't weight myself but I know I've gained weight over lockdown, so my breasts have gotten a lot bigger.
"I'm an E now and they look saggy… They're really saggy," she laughed.
Speaking about her decision to embrace a more natural look, Sophie said: "I think as I've got into my thirties I've learned to accept my heritage. I'm Persian. So for me I've learned to really accept who I am. I've learned to embrace it."
Sophie also told us that trolls don't get to her as much as they used to, but she still feels pressure from social media to look a certain way.
She said: "To be honest with you, recently I've been on Instagram and looking at these younger girls and really comparing and really getting myself down. It's easily done."

However, Sophie maintains that she has far more love for herself than she used to.
"I'm quite spiritual, so I'll look in the mirror and I'll practice gratitude. I'll give myself affirmations and tell myself I am beautiful. But if you asked me that question 5 years ago I would have said I hate myself."
Sophie attributes the shift in mindset to "getting older."
She concluded: "To any young people out there, just learn to love something about yourself whether that's just your eyes, nose, mouth – whatever – just learn. As I get older I've learned to love my body a lot more. Surgery is not the way forward."
We spoke to Sophie at the launch party for Social Ikon – a new content platform like Only Fans that allows creators from the worlds of modelling, reality and fitness to "securely publish content and maximise their revenues."
