CBS plans to rebroadcast country music superstar Garth Brooks‘ historic performance at Notre Dame Stadium after the special primetime turned out to be a big hit.
According to the network, about 10 million viewers tuned in to the December 2 broadcast of “Garth: Live at Notre Dame!” on CBS.
Garth Brooks fans will now have another chance to see the historic performance at Notre Dame Stadium on December 28 at 8 PM ET/PT.
Brooks’ October 20 show was the first music concert to be held at the University of Notre Dame’ iconic Notre Dame Stadium. The show attracted 85,000 fans despite unpleasant weather conditions which included rain and snow.
Meanwhile, Brooks will kick off his North American Stadium Tour this spring, with the first two stops on the tour to be at The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis, Missouri and State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
