Bruce Springsteen Shares Another Archive Release

Bruce Springsteen has released The Roxy 1975, an album which focuses on the first of two shows he played on October 18, 1975, at the Roxy in West Hollywood, California.

The hype around Born To Run, the album he had released about two months before the show, brought several stars including Carole King, Jack Nicholson, Peter Boyle, Robert de Niro, Jackson Browne, Jim Messina and Neil Diamond, to the Roxy, where he performed six shows in all, in just four nights.

In the show, Springsteen performed “Thunder Cloud” with Roy Bittan on piano, and sang Carol King’s “Goin’ Back.”

The live release features 14 songs including “Thunder Road (piano)”, “The E Street Shuffle,” “She’s The One,” “Born To Run,” “4th of July,” “Asbury Park,” “Jungleland” and “Backstreets.”
