Britney Spears’ father Jamie Spears cut a lonely figure as he was seen grocery shopping in Kent, Louisiana on Thursday, the same day his estranged daughter walked herself down the aisle at her star-studded wedding in Los Angeles.
The 40-year-old singer tied the knot with her longtime partner Sam Asghari on Thursday evening and Jamie, 69, was noticeably absent, as was Britney’s mother Lynn Spears and sister Jamie Lynn Spears – following their toxic family feud surrounding her controversial conservatorship.
Instead, Britney – who is said to have walked herself down the aisle solo – was surrounded by A-listers like Madonna, Drew Barrymore, Selena Gomez, and Paris Hilton.
Her ailing father – who recently underwent two emergency surgeries for a ruptured colon – was pictured by himself looking frail as he stepped out to fetch provisions to take back to the trailer park where he currently resides.

Jamie has maintained his innocence in the situation and has denied many claims thrown at him by the singer.
Along with Jamie, his ex-wife Lynn Spears and daughter Jamie Lynn Spears were also not invited to Britney’s big bash on Thursday.
The highly-anticipated wedding took place at the singer’s $7 million Los Angeles mansion – with newly-released images capturing the blushing bride and her groom grinning from ear-to-ear after they exchanged their vows in front of an enormous pink-and-white flower wall.
Baby One More Time singer Britney was the picture of bridal bliss as she posed with her new husband, looking radiant in a custom-made white Versace wedding gown, which featured an off-the-shoulder sweetheart neckline, long train, and an elegant veil that swept along the floor behind her as she exchanged vows with her 28-year-old husband.

According to a wedding insider, the bride was reduced to tears of joy at several moments during the ceremony, with People reporting that she ‘walked herself down the aisle’ in the absence of her estranged father and her two sons.
