Asan N'Jie appeared shocked and devastated after being sacked from Emmerdale , an expert says.
The actor, who played Ellis Chapman in the ITV soap, was fired from the show and escorted from the premises after his shocking brawl with Jamie Lomas at the TV Choice Awards earlier this week.
In the Mirror's exclusive footage, N'Jie was seen being held back as he shouted vile threats at Hollyoaks star Lomas, saying he was going to "knife" and "kill" him.
He was also seen throwing a punch at Lomas before being escorted away from the awards bash by security.
Today, he was seen leaving the Emmerdale set after bosses were left with no choice but to let him go.
Body language expert and author Judi James told us: "Asan's body language suggests he's both shocked and devastated here.
"The way he walks with his shoulders hunched and his hand in his pocket suggests some form of hopelessness and as he gets to the car you can see the frown is etched on his face.
"There's no sign of communication here between himself and the crew member and her facial expression seems to reflect the seriousness of the situation."
An ITV spokesman told Mirror Online: "Emmerdale suspended Asan N'Jie yesterday pending further investigation into an incident at a central London hotel on Monday night.
"ITV executives have met with him this morning and as a consequence Asan's contract has been terminated with immediate effect."
Asan himself said in a grovelling statement: "My behaviour at the TV Choice Awards was completely unacceptable and very much out of character.
