Jake Quickenden shows off his ripped torso at Universal's Volcano Bay after recent body transformation

JAKE Quickenden snuggled up to girlfriend Sophie as he showed off his rippling torso in Orlando, Florida.

Jake, 30, relaxed on a break from filming Hollyoaks and proudly displayed his impressive set of abs at Universal Orlando's Volcano Bay water park.

In a series of snaps on Instagram, Jake revealed he'd kept up his exercise regime – having opened up about his body transformation last month.

In one photo, the former I'm A Celebrity winner posed in front of the water park's iconic Volcano slide, Krakatau, set in a tropical paradise.

In another pic, he relaxed on a lounger with stunning girlfriend Sophie and captioned it: "Why wouldn’t I be smiling @sophie__church !!

"Surround yourself with people that make you a better person!!"

Jake previously told how his incredible six week body transformation came about, after taking control of his anxiety battle.

The 30-year-old reality star admitted his mental health took a turn for the worst earlier this year and left him feeling "unmotivated".

But Jake decided to take action in June and overhauled his diet and fitness regime.

Sharing an impressive before and after post on Instagram, he wrote: "So 6 weeks ago I was like this, felt horrible but worst was mentally.

It’s been 1 whole year since the day you told me that you’re not the kinda guy to put empty packets back in the cupboard & that you can cook more than beans on toast 🤥 I forgive you though, as I also said I wasn’t a crazy drunk. Cheers to the next 365 days babe ❤️🥂

"I was down in myself, my anxiety was terrible and just felt unmotivated and lazy, so I started eating better and working out hard…"

The former X Factor contestant stressed it isn't only physical health that's improved but his mental health has also benefited.

He added: "Yes my body has changed and look better…. but the main thing is mentally I feel better.

"I’m optimistic about what’s next excited to try new things and really happy how things are turning out and my anxiety is so much better I wake up and I look forward to the gym and the rest of the day!!"

Jake tried out Universal Orlando's latest attractions – Universal Studios Florida, Universal's Islands of Adventure and Universal's Volcano Bay, during the resort's Halloween Horror Nights 29.

A new Jurassic World ride also opened this summer at Universal Studios Hollywood.
