Leave it to Ellen DeGeneres to figure out the one thing that scares Thor, LOLz!
The daytime TV talk show pulled another one of her epic pranks on Tuesday’s show guest Chris Hemsworth, when the actor stopped by to promote the upcoming Avengers: Endgame premiere.
And TBH, Ellen nailed this surprise, just like usual!
Before diving into any non-spoilers about Endgame, the 35-year-old Australian native opened up about his recent visit to Rottnest Island, where he met a few quokkas.
For those who don’t know what quokkas are (AKA most of us), see the adorable visual of the Thor actor and the furry marsupial hanging out together and sharing a bite (below):

Spent 3 weeks crawling around the dirt, studying the Quokkas movements, mimicking their language and eventually gained their trust and was accepted as one of them, I now go by the name Quokkachris #rottnestislandwa @australia @rottnestislandwa

While reminiscing on his travels, Hemsworth acknowledged that his animal-loving family has quite a few pets of their own.
He lists them off to DeGeneres, saying:
“We have three donkeys, a dog, a number of fish, a water dragon, three guinea pigs, three rabbits—four rabbits actually—two chickens and three—whatever you call it—my kids, they’re definitely from the animal kingdom.”
But putting his love for animals aside, there is one critter that scares the s**t out of Chris!
Ellen almost hints at her surprise, when asking Hemsworth if there was any animal or anything that scared him. That’s when a man dressed like a giant mouse jumped out from a nearby side table and startled the buff actor!!
After the hilarious stunt, a scared-stiff Chris laughingly admits:
“That was awful.”
After the fun theatrics, the pair eventually get to discussing the final installment of the Avengers, and yep — you guessed it. No spoilers were shared!
Like the rest of his co-stars, Chris admits that he has not seen the actual movie in its entirety.
“I have not seen the film and I do not know, really, how it ends.”
But the Aussie shared that he isn’t exactly ready to let go of his superhero character. Speaking on playing Thor the future, he explains:
“Who knows what’s in store for anyone. For me, personally, it’s the best fun I’ve ever had and I’d be happy to do more if they wanted me.”

We don’t know about you, but we’d love to continue seeing Chris on the silver screen, in any capacity!
And if all else fails, he can always work on reclaiming his previous 2014 title of People‘s Sexiest Man Alive.
The Thor: Rganarok actor joked about being “demoted” from that high honor to the publication’s 2018 winner of “Sexiest Chris.”
